People often overlook just how important accessibility and usability can be. I believe them to be the cornerstones of many successful sites. Usability and accessibility can influence a number of things including:

search engine rankings - well structured sites index better in the major SEs
conversion rate - easy to use usually means easy to buy too
reach - a wide audience can view and enjoy your site</description>
