		<description>Echo Ginny and Jamie re: Kodak customer service.  It is the worst I have ever encountered.  I could bore you with details, but between being told one thing, then another, being transferred to a 'live agent', i.e., bottomless menu pit, I am thoroughly disgusted with Kodak.  Supposedly I have recieved a refund to my credit card, but cannot find where it is.  NEVER again......it's not worth the 'SAVINGS' unless you have nothing better to do with your time than be placed on hold all day long.</description>

		<description>I am totally with the opinion of jamiec 6 post on Dec 26th. We have had nothing but awful service since purchasing our Kodak C763 digital camera online! First, just like that post , we paid for express shipping and did not receive until 14 days after order! Then the order was not complete. Various emails sent to Kodak were never ever answered and still we have not received the memory card that was to be included. Now, the lens will not retract back into the camera, got online, got a return authorization number, mailed back to Kodak (at my expense) called customer support to check on status of my repair that is under warranty, they can't find the flippin thing! They give me a number to call, guess what, wrong number, go back on, wait on hold AGAIN, they give me a nother number, guess what......answer machine, stating they will get back to me as soon as possible....yeah, like three days ago and have I heard anything? NO!! If and when I ever get my camera back from them it will be the LAST Kodak product that I will ever buy!</description>

		<description>I will never use the Kodak online store ordering because I paid for 2 day shipping and my order did not come on time. I spent 45 mins on hold with a Kodak customer service rep on the day before it was supposed to arrive just to confirm that it shipped on time ( it did not show up when I tried to track it on the DHL site). I finally spoke with a Kodak customer service rep who said it definitely shipped when it was supposed to and should be there on time. It did not come on time. I spent 1 hr and 15 mins on hold to speak with another Kodak customer service person who went to look up my order and hung up on me. I called Kodak back and was on hold another hour and 30 mins and finally hung up. I paid for 2 day shipping bc it was a gift and I was leaving town. It didnt come on time and the Kodak customer service did nothing to help. They simply cancelled my order so I could get another gift.  Next thing I know they charged my account again and I call back, wait an hour and the Kodak customer service rep said sorry the guy didnt actually cancel your order.  It will take 7 to 10 days for a refund.  This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend the Kodak store if you care about customer service!</description>
